Taking Care of your Body

Taking care of your body and health has never seemed more important than in the present era. Have you ever met someone in life that tells you they’re not that concerned with the health of their body in the physical life that they’re living, because it doesn’t really matter? They may say all that matters is what comes afterward in the afterlife. Well today, we’re going to be talking about the preciousness that is the human life and why I believe that the human body, mind, and soul connected.

In his hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of every human being

Job 12:10

As sentient beings here on earth, through the power of choice, we have the ability to choose on a daily basis, how we care for and what kind of compassion we give over our minds, body, and spirit. However, not only just ourselves, but how we display that love for others and the whole world to see and experience.

Our Source wants us to care for our bodies

We are all connected. The source, the Divine, whatever your name for God is; cares for everything that has been made and created within this physical reality. From the universe to all the tiny particles, protons, neutrons, and electrons, all the way up to the highest levels of awareness of conscious life.

That loving entity or “God consciousness,” has a love for the creation and has been depicted throughout many different places of the Bible. We ought to have some compassion for ourselves and the whole and the connectedness of all things within this union, especially when it comes to taking care of your body.

As human beings, we need to think about how our thoughts, words, and actions impact the world around us and how we can reflect in that glory and that love from God back into life. It’s very easy to sit back and complain about how bad the world can be, how bad our bodies hurt, whatever things we’re going through in the present moment.

We cannot afford to spend our lives moaning and complaining about how things should be. We are designed to reflect the perfect love of our higher level creator into the world and ourselves with our own thinking. Remember, our thoughts create our actions and helps frame our future selves.

Our programming through which we live and the lenses through which we make decisions, impact our lives. We have the power literally to give life and take life away. We need to be held accountable in thinking about how we use this power because we live in this world, this physical reality, that’s all entangled.

Remember that the energy and emotion that resonates at some of the highest frequencies is “Love.” So when we’re in this physical vessel called a body, having love for it, and the creation that brought it into existence, is important.

If we indeed believe we are the children of God, then in a very basic sense, we should be doing our best to care for that body, mind and our spirit from whence it came. So taking some pause to think about how we eat, how we exercise, and what we give our bodies in terms of its basic functionality is important. I know in this often seemingly busy modern lifestyle, these things aren’t the easiest to always contemplate on and find ways to build into our daily habits.

Your subconscious matters when it comes to taking care of your body

There is so much that lies beneath us when it comes to our subconscious and unconscious mind. What we see in the physical existence is far from all there is. With enough focus and taking an action, we can bring that love and care more to our lives. Everything that has been created by God is a part of that interconnectedness. So, if we are “it’s children,” our goal is to reflect back that care, love, and compassion for this physical existence that we chose to enter into.

This goes all the way into the consciousness and the realms of the subconscious. Whether we are actively aware of what we consume or not, we are affecting our underlying programming. What we consume with our minds really does frame up our belief systems, which dictates our outcomes in life.

There are lasting effects, not only on our bodies and our lives, but also on the world and each other who live amongst us. We are connected even though we appear to be separate so I can not overstate enough; If we were created to reflect the glory of God, then this matters in a “Trinity Sense” into our bodies, minds, and soul in order to connect the most with our Source or Spirit.

So, what is it that you need in regard to truly taking care of your body? How do we heal? Remember love, breeds, compassion. And from those two things, the power to heal not only will take place within us, but also the world around us. This helps us begin to transform our own minds and bodies healing ourselves and lengthening our own lifespan. This is truly our higher selves, the source, the divine God’s greatest amount of grace put into action for.

Today and every day, as you think about this message; we don’t have to change everything all at once. However, if there’s something that you are consciously aware of that can be improved in your lifestyle, set out aggressively to make changes for the better.

Cutting out some soda, cutting out fried foods… There’s little changes that you can make all the time when it comes to taking care of your body. Remember that the body is always being regenerated. It’s said every seven years that the cells inside of you are always changing so that you are a literally a new person seven years from now. These are all things that are decided on the day to day decisions that will dictate our future mind, body, and soul.

So today, pause and reflect upon where you’re at with your body, mind, and soul connection. Look at how well you’re doing in giving your body what it needs to fulfill the purpose of your soul and spirit.

Your Higher Self will thank you and you will continue to reap more of the reward in life.
