Truth – In Higher Consciousness

What is Truth? How do we go about “finding truth?” Many of us have thrown out claims of what we believe to be true and what we see as false. Claiming “truth” and “falsities” are both powerful claims no matter where they come from. Is there a way or a process in which we can sift through the minutia of the details in order to make more well informed decisions?

It is my belief that if we ponder our life questions – be that through meditation, prayer, or deep contemplation; the answers and evidence of what we seek will be placed in front of our eyes. What I mean by this is not getting it from gossip or what others tell us, but rather a deep “knowing” that comes through a lot of reflection and deep desire to see truth. Truth will find us if we are deeply wanting and desiring it. However, we must first be “calibrated” at the proper level of consciousness or in the right mindset.

In the book, Power vs Force, by Dr. David R. Hawkins, the tactics and means by which we can see through the webs of misdirection and deceit are explained. He describes some real life tests that we can use to see the truth in our lives. We simply have to be in the right state of mind. For example, someone living within the “grief” or “fear” levels of consciousness will always receive statements of confirmation within that level of consciousness they are residing within (like attracts like). But if we are living within levels of “love” and “peace,” we can implement a process by which truth will always find us. As Dr. Hawkins calls out in his book Power vs Force, “Sheep’s clothing need no longer hide the wolf.”

Levels of Consciousness

In “Power vs Force, the levels of consciousness are explained. When we move ourselves up the ladder with self-exploration and achieve higher levels, we are more ready and able to see truth. With lower modes of consciousness, we become victims of falsities and corruption

The energy field of consciousness that permeates in us and within the universe, contains all frequencies of thought. Everyone whom has ever walked the earth has put out thoughts into existence. Whether it was in writing or speeches, all of recorded history can detail a level of either higher or lower conscious thought that is married to it.

Entire books and pieces of art have a level of vibration attached to them through the consciousness that generated them. Within Dr. Hawkins’s book, we can see how certain aspects of creativity through time have graded out on the scale of consciousness. The Bible, writings from Shakespeare, Hitler’s Mein Kampf, even his own book, Power vs. Force, is graded. What we begin to see by using this practice is the state of mind though which existed from those whom created it. Were they in levels of lower consciousness or levels of higher consciousness? Were their attempts aimed at driving fear and control or empowerment and enlightenment?

We can begin to learn how to make personal decisions in our lives with the best possible outcomes. We can study pieces of work and not only wonder what their creators where intending, but receive inputs and outputs on truth for what their intentions were. How does it work? How do we begin to weed out all the possibilities and work towards knowable outcomes instead of simply educated guesses about particular events or writing?

The method is referred to as the “muscle test.” Because our bodies respond to energy, the consciousness of our minds has the ability show us through our muscles “positive” and “negative” outcomes. It works like a computer program with inputs being given as a “0” for “yes” or a “1” for “no.” We can generate any statement we want in our minds and test the validity by using this process. However, how we specify the statement to be tested is of paramount importance.

For example, asking whether or a decision is a “good one,” can be misread. What constitutes “good” Good for whom? When and under what amount of time? What the universe believes to be good for us can be highly subjective in that moment of time since time is not necessarily linear and expands beyond just that one exact moment. The specificity of the question matters. Stating, “opportunity XYZ presents the most positive outcome for me in this moment,” would be a much better example of specific and relevant feedback. We do not want to ask questions, but rather give statements to be judged positive “Yes” or negative “No.”

The various methods are described in the book. The most popular being the use of two people and one pushing down on another’s outstretched arm to see if it stays firm “positive” or the muscles give way and the arm falls “negative.” However, there are tests that can be done by yourself. One method is by taking your middle finger and holding it to your thumb to form a circle. Then with the opposing hand taking your index finger and attempting to pull the circle apart. You can tell the positive outcome if the circle easily holds and see a negative outcome if the circle easily breaks. You must apply the same gentle pulling motion each time while reaffirming your statement you want to test in your mind.

Feel free to try this for yourself and formulate your own conclusion. Upon doing this for some time I can say that I have seen it work more than I have not and I have tried to implemented it in my life for “fact checking” or trying to determine higher levels of positive intent. The key is to try and stay objective and use the same process each time. You will easily be able to tell if the circle breaks just ever so subtly or stays firm. That is all it seems to take to show the outcome of positive versus negative consciousness from my own personal experiences.

It is important to understand that for the best accuracy of this process, that the person or people conducting is calibrated over 200 on the above scale. Even at 200, there is said to be a 30% chance of error. Staying impartial to the response is also key so that any self-serving personal interest not affect results. Basically, try and be of clear mind and without any self-serving intent before conducting these tests or results will be flawed. With enough practice however, I believe this method can become an effective process to try and add into our own personal lives.

The answers we get back about life, or anything else, generally are a just the reflection of ourselves and our own awareness levels or current levels of consciousness. When we align within the common good, it means doing what is Right or what is of higher consciousness. That is also how we generate real positive change in the world. We first start with ourselves and ensuring that what we put out into the universe is of high levels of empowerment and consciousness.

Lastly, realize that there is a path we can help ourselves see and walk – a purpose for each of us. Put out the intention for guidance with the right positive, higher consciousness intentions, and then turn over your life to the greater good and watch your life go in the direction necessary.

With this practice in your daily arsenal you can work to:

1. Accept what is only true

2. Work for the common good

3. Match your needs and wants with what is in your control

4. Embrace what life has in store for us and be thankful for the experiences you gain

The book Power vs. Force was certainly a positive impact for me on my own personal journey of Truth Seeking, so I am hoping that sharing this post leads to others having some eye opening personal experiences of their own.

“Know Your Why” – and watch the rest unfold.

Sovereignty in Life

The word “sovereign” comes from the Latin words “Supra” – meaning above or not below, and Regnum – meaning kingdom or dominion. This translates to “freedom” or not under rulership of any kingdom or dominion. To be a “sovereign being” literally means to rule your own kingdom. Sovereignty does not come from governments, kings, queens, dictatorships, indoctrinations, or other programmable views onto others.

I believe sovereignty it is granted by the Rights of the universe, God, The Source, (insert name for any universal higher power or natural order you believe in) to the individual to live as he or she sees best for themselves. Contrary to some beliefs, we as humans do have a sovereign right to do what we individually feel best for ourselves without direction from governments or other indoctrination groups. It is often the belief of the masses that governments, rulers, and education systems have a right to infringe upon others what they think is best for the masses.

These infringements come in many different shapes and sizes and often are hard for modern humans to distinguish as we have been led to perceive the current world we live in through the eyes of the system that created it.

For example, is it not right that as parents we teach our children to see the world as WE see it and deem it best for their success? How about when it comes time to send our children off to school so that they can learn history, science, literature, and other programs through which they are to view and understand the world? At least in the field of Mathematics it is hard to dispute the outputs of the black and whiteness of the structure through which the numbers work. That is not debatable, but why would we simply not present known evidence to our youth through our learnings of time and let them decide on their own what to believe rather than “testing them” on what teachers just taught them to believe? The current method of education is more akin to “here’s your program; if you don’t take it as I have provided it to you, then you fail and cannot move forward as part of the operating system.” If you really pull back the layers of the current education system, it is a lot more like stripping away the individuality that we all possess, and then accepting the social norms and belief systems that have been placed upon us.

Could there not be a better way of education? I would like to think that the human mind can come up with a far better system in order to provide the necessary means for our youth to function within our current system of life. I’m not saying all education systems are bad or negatively impacting our youth. By all means there are times when a process such as mechanics, engineering, human biology, and many others must be provided in a “matter of fact” way. I would hate to be the patient about to receive open heart surgery from a physician that has decided to “do it his own way.” I am speaking more in terms of education that can and should be left up to interpretation to the individual.

When we reside ourselves to allow the programming of our minds with insight that doesn’t come from our own methods of self-discovery or truth vetting, then we allow for a little bit of our own sovereignty to erode away.

“If someone can change your mind, he or she has won you over without raising a hand against you. This is the future of warfare.”

~ Bangambiki Habyarimana, Pearls of Eternity ~

This wonderful quote from Bangambiki foreshadows what is in store for humanity if we continuously allow our minds to be stolen from the sovereign gift that the universe has given each of us – the ability to think, choose, and act independently of one another. We will find that we become more like cattle being herded into the pens designed by others to mentally keep us where they deem it appropriate if we are not searching and seeking our own truths.

I see a future in which humanity has consciously evolved beyond the need to indoctrinate itself. A future without governments, religious persecutions, money, and “manmade laws.” Within this future society will function for the betterment of itself, rather for the “almighty manmade dollar.” We will do right by others without the need for incentive because we care more for the collective rather than the individual.

I know that this future sounds like a far off Utopian dream, but through the permission of letting our own sovereignty guide us through life, I believe we can attain it. All it takes is creative thinking and the challenging of the current system. The power struggle will ensue as those upholding the current belief system have worked hard to cement it into our realities. After all – they have worked hard to fool us into to believing it must be this way. They have far more to lose and we have only to gain from collapsing the current operating system.

The choice should be ours if we simply allow it to be. We don’t need to continue to shackle ourselves within this broken reality – we are the many, they are the few.

The Beginning of my Truth Seeking

Since I can remember, I have always been an individual that “asks why.”

I may have driven my parents to the edge of insanity at times with my incessant demands of “why?,” and “how come?” They did their best to answer my many questions, but at some point I decided to put the onus on my own shoulders to seek out the answers to my own big questions.

It was around the age of thirty that I began having a deeper desire to learn more about life, God, the universe, and how it all began. This all occurred after I had established some sort of success in life. I come from a very humble background with little to my name and I, like many, had to earn my way and work hard to achieve the levels through which I have grown and attained. I am proud of my accomplishments, but once I had much of what I had set out to achieve in my young adult life, I began to seek out more meaning and more purpose. I no longer wanted to simply amass items or get more material gains.

It began with a summer conversation with a friend on the back deck of my then eastern Pennsylvania home. That conversation turned very deep and developed into an early morning under the starry sky full fledge debate about life, the universe, our insignificance with the vastness of space, God (or no God as he was more an atheist), and many other points of discussion. I told him there had to be a God – that there was no way possible that we lived within such a beautifully magnificent and awe-inspiring universe randomly.

The next day my neighbor and friend suggested that we each read a book he had come across. The title was, “Is Belief in God Good, Bad, or Irrelevant?” The famous singer of the band “Bad Religion” was a co-author with his friend Preston Jones. They published the book on mostly emails they had exchanged back and forth over the topic. The conversations within the book revolved largely around science, religion, naturalism, and Christianity.

Over the coming days, each of us raced through the book debating the subject matter and trying to formulate our own points of perspective about the topics. At the time, I wasn’t much of a reader, but I flew through the book in about four days. I was hooked from that point on about 10 years ago in 2010 and one source of information led me off one road, onto twists and turns down others.

It all seems somewhat interconnected at this point. I’ve read what feels like hundreds of articles and books on philosophy, near death experiences, out of body experiences, metaphysics, religion & science, past life experiences, and conspiracy theories – just to name a few.

Through this reading I’ve developed my own source of “truth.” It is through my own personal experiences that I have been validating for myself what truths I am experiencing. I have come to understand that if we truly want the answers to some of life’s greatest questions, we must put in the effort, send out the intention into the universe, meditate or pray on it regularly – and then “life responds.” All we have to do is “pay attention” to what is placed before us.

I intend to share many of these life experiences here in the blog and will be encouraging any and all followers of the blog to engage in the conversation and give the examples I share your own personal tests of validation. My discoveries are working for me as I have applied them into my life and it is my hope that I can share and empower others to open their minds and perspectives and seek out their own personal learnings and truth as well.

I would love to hear from others what, if any, big turning points they have had in their lives that have altered or changed their life trajectories or have led them towards big personal awakenings. I have many more stories and books to share, but for now, here is the link of the book mentioned above.
